4.2 No Medical Advice. Nothing on the site—including product descriptions, COAs, articles, or data—constitutes medical advice, product instructions, or endorsement for human application. Do not rely on site content for medical or safety decisions.
4.3 Incorporation by Reference. The Research Use Agreement is incorporated into these Terms.
5.1 Products are supplied with clear labeling (e.g., “For Research Use Only,” “Not for Human Consumption, Medical, Veterinary, or Diagnostic Use”).
5.2 You agree not to alter, obscure, remove, repackage, relabel, or redistribute Products or labels without our prior written consent.

6.2 You will not misuse Products or permit their use outside legitimate laboratory research.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws regarding acquisition and use of research materials.
6.4 Indemnity for Misuse. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless San Diego Peptides, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, fines, or losses arising from misuse or non-compliance.
7.1 Descriptions, specifications, and documents (including COAs) are provided for research context and may be updated or corrected without notice.
7.2 Minor variations (e.g., appearance of lyophilized material) may occur and do not constitute nonconformity.
8.1 Order Review. All orders are subject to review and acceptance at our discretion. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including suspected misuse or fraud.
8.2 Pricing & Availability. Pricing, promotions, and availability may change until we accept your order.
8.3 Taxes. Prices typically exclude taxes, duties, and import fees; you are responsible for all applicable charges.
8.4 Payment. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation via approved methods. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension.
8.5 Errors. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order or seek your confirmation at the corrected price before fulfillment.
9.1 Carrier Transfer. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the shipment to the carrier.
9.2 Delays/Customs. We are not liable for delays, customs inspections, seizures, or loss after carrier transfer.
9.3 International Orders. You are responsible for determining legality of import, and for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and regulatory compliance. See our Shipping Policy.
10.1 Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final.
10.2 We may, at our discretion, offer replacements or refunds only for confirmed defective or incorrect products reported within the timeframe and process outlined in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
10.3 We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.
You agree not to:
Use Products for human or veterinary consumption, application, diagnosis, or therapy.
Circumvent, test, or imply medical or therapeutic performance.
Violate laws or third-party rights; interfere with site security; scrape content; or engage in fraudulent behavior.
12.1 All site content (branding, logos, text, images, software, data compilations) is owned by San Diego Peptides or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
12.2 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to viewing and purchasing Products. Any other use requires prior written consent.
13.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
13.2 If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the site and business operations.
14.1 AS IS. Products are sold “AS IS” for research use only, without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation or that content is accurate or current.
14.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; your rights may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Diego Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product(s) at issue.
In addition to Section 6.4, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless San Diego Peptides, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
(a) misuse of Products;
(b) violation of these Terms or applicable law;
(c) infringement of any rights of another party.
Products may be subject to export controls and sanctions regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer Products contrary to such laws, and confirm you are not a restricted or prohibited party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California for disputes arising from these Terms or the Products.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued access or use of the site after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20.1 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
20.2 No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
20.3 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
20.4 Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues).
20.5 Headings. Section headings are for convenience only.
20.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and San Diego Peptides.
